  We had the most incredible day at Osoyoos water slides today. The owners were the kindest people, and went out of their way to help our family feel welcome. The slides were so fun, there was lots of shade to relax in between. The park was very clean, safe and well maintained This is a must do when visiting Osoyoos!!

  We tried to book a site for 4 days over the phone. The guy who answered the phone had horrendous customer service. He actually told us straight up that he would not give us a site because we were 4 adults "who were just going to come and get drunk" he also told us that because "we did not have children and PROBABLY would not use the water park he could make more money off a family". I am absolutely disgusted by this assumption. At no point in time did we mention anything whatsoever to lead him to believe we were coming there to party and cause issues. We wanted to use the water park as well that's why we were trying to book this park. I asked to speak to a manager and he hung up on me. I will absolutely NEVER camp here and I will be sure to pass it along to everyone I know.

  If you aren't a 50's style nuclear family, this campground does not want your service. Shameful and deplorable, I thought this was 2017.
